We only accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for products that are unused and in brand new condition with the tags still attached. We do not accept returns for any used items.
We are only able to accept returns for items purchased either directly through our website, or in a Royal Robbins retail store. For items purchased online, you can either make a return at any of our brand locations (Denver, Seattle, Modesto, Berkeley, or Boston) or contact Customer Service for a mail-in return.
Unfortunately, at this time Royal Robbins does not provide prepaid return shipping labels; we apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause.
Items purchased at any of our brand retail locations must be returned at any Royal Robbins retail store. If you purchased through a third party retailer, please contact them directly for return information.
