Return Guidelines:
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Item(s) must be unused, in brand new condition, with the tags still attached. We do not accept returns for any used items.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return. All sales in this category are final.
- Item(s) must have been purchased directly through our website (royalrobbins.com). We do not accept returns for items originally purchased from third-party retailers. If you purchased through a third-party retailer, please contact that retailer directly for return information.
- Item(s) purchased through our Royal Robbins website can be returned by mail to our warehouse. Please contact Customer Service with further questions.
- For returns outside the continental United States, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our distribution center. Please click the Submit a Request button below to contact Customer Service for return instructions.
*Any returned items that do not meet our return guidelines will be mailed back to you without a refund. Returned items will need be confirmed with our Returns Department before a refund is issued.
